It may look similar, but when you have it in your hand it’s totally different to the Atem. Also it’s FAR superior to the Atem Mini, there is no comparison. Also, I don’t think you’re aware but china manufactures majority of what’s in the world. As a creator, I couldn’t care less where its country of origin is from. The people behind Osee are amazing people and the ONLY brand with such a big support system for people using their switchers.

Honestly I don’t think I’m a 16sqm size the X1 is going to make much of a difference. The X2 is great and has great sound. Sure the X1 has more punch but at 16sqm I wouldn’t worry too much. Our office around 15sqm and open on the one side and we don’t hear much of a difference.

It doesn’t have camera control, only some of the Port Keys do as far as I’m aware. I love my Osee T7, been using mine for years, colours, everything is amazing. If you want the larger 7 inch, extra brightness and a little more price, go for the Osee. If you looking for a slightly smaller monitor and to save some money, then the Viltrox is currently the way to go. Wouldn’t go for the Atomos Shinobi, too small, only 1500 nits brightness as opposed to 2000 on this and 3000 on the Osee.

You’re so welcome. You have NO idea how many people buy likes and views on UA-cam too. So many South African music artists are doing this, brands running UA-cam channels for other companies….all paying for views and likes and then boom it ends. It’s NORMAL to have 20 000 subscribers and get 5000 views, then 200, then 20 000

According to my research yes, would love to hear if someone had a peak design tripod but, if we talking technical specs, yes this would fit.

I would love to do a 75 1.8 video. I actually reached out to Olympus to create something just like this video for the 75 and show how great it could be at portraits, I even sent them this video. They replied telling me that it’s not their focus 🤔

@@RICH_Photography hmmm... Om systems focus is.to release a little as possible and to pull out as much money as possible from the olympus legacy. I may rent a 75mm 1.8 i want to see what it can do.

With most cameras you can record say 4K 60p and you can set your output to even 4k 30p To be honest, not sure what my output on my GH5s was set on and recorded a whole project at 4k 60p. To be 100% honest it may automatically downscale it but if not you can set this on your camera.

Thank you! I’m a major Osee fan and absolutely love the brand. But personally I have to admit that I’d pick the Viltrox over the Lilmon. I prefer the larger size, it’s 2000 nits, so a lot brighter than the Lilmon, I also prefer the monitor mount attachment over the Lilmons side attachment.

Before Sirui launched these lenses, there was no 5 focal lengths of affordable cine lenses available to so many different mounts, not to mention at T1.2 with optics at such an insanely cheap price. This did change everything and has left many entry level cinema lenses with 3 lens offerings pointless. As an adult, professional photographer and videographer that has reviewed tons of lenses, this changed everything and so many new manufacturers are now trying to play the game. Just because you may disagree does not mean I’m wrong 😉

Agreed! I wanted to see the difference between a 5.5 and 6 inch to see if the 6 inch was adding bulk but Viltrox has made a compelling case and this monitor hits the sweet spot. I would definitely get it. Thanks mate, great review!

@watzmaaname only a pleasure and glad I could help. Biggest issue I see with videographers is they contemplate a big monitor and they always go for 5.5 inch and it’s just too small.
